REDUCED LEGAL FEES for MUNICIPAL COURT CASES
The Savory Law Firm, L.L.C. will represent you in municipal (city courts) throughout the State of Missouri.
All Tickets (Same Court) - $150.00*
-Driving while Suspended/Revoked
-Drving while Intoxicated/Under the Influence
-All other municipal violations
*This covers two (2) court appearances. Each additional court appearance after the first two (2) will be assessed a separate fee.

EVENTS
November 20, 2011, 3 p.m - 5 p.m.The Savory Law Firm, L.L.C. will host a skating party for 100 youth ages 13-18. Parents are welcome to attend. Admission is free. Food will be provided. AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE
JUVENILE JUSTICE
SYSTEM

I believe that one way that our youth, community, courts and law enforcement can help to deter crime in our schools is by creating more peer/youth courts in Missouri.
Youth court is a program in which other youth sentence their peers for minor offenses in lieu of entering the juvenile justice system.
A few of the goals of the Peer/Youth Courts are to prevent crime, build conflict resolution skills, develop leadership skills, teach students about the legal system, and hold students accountable for their actions while allowing their peers to be the final decisionmakers.
School-based Youth Courts will also help to deter youth from entering the criminal system and possibly some of the harsher consequences of the school’s disciplinary procedures, like suspension.
School-based youth courts is a model which is greatly accepted nationwide (Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention and the National Youth Court Center). According to the National Association of Youth Courts, in Missouri, there are only 10 Peer/Youth Courts, although none of them are school-based:
• 1-Blue Springs
• 1-Cardwell
• 1-Forsyth
• 1-Grandview
• 1-Independence
• 1-Kansas City
• 2-Lee’s Summit
• 1-Raytown
• 1-Springfield
